We are looking for an experienced M&E Engineer across London/Kent to conduct routine PPM, Planned Maintenance and Reactive tasks in line with scheduled dates and Electrical Installation work as required. This role involves developing operational strategies and implementation processes to ensure compliance and success of critical services associated with Vodafone fixed line sites, covering M&E, general maintenance and soft services. Other duties will include basic maintenance such as Air Conditioning, building services, UPS, battery, generators, data center, supervision and frontline work, completing work to high levels of Health & Safety and Statutory requirements, ensuring documentation is completed timely and accurately. You will participate in the on-call rota and work closely with other supporting mobile engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine PPM, Planned Maintenance and Reactive tasks in line with scheduled dates and Electrical Installation work as required.
  • Develop operational strategies and implementation processes to ensure compliance and success of critical services at Vodafone fixed line sites, covering M&E, general maintenance and soft services.
  • Perform basic maintenance such as Air Conditioning, building services, UPS, battery, generators, data centre, supervision and frontline work.
  • Ensure documentation is completed timely and accurately, and adhere to Health & Safety and Statutory requirements.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and collaborate with other supporting mobile engineers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a commercial/critical environment.
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent Electrical Qualifications.
  • City & Guilds Electrical Inspection and Testing is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
