Job Overview

This exciting new role will work closely with the CEO to ensure we have a vibrant and engaged member community. You will provide support, advice, and guidance to ensure that our members get the best value from their membership. Helping members engage with the range of member benefits and identifying new member benefit opportunities will be key.

Description

Salary: From £33k plus benefits package.

Permanent, full‑time position. 34 hours per week. The role requires extensive travel across the UK, plus occasional overnight stays away from home.

Responsible to: CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the support and benefits we provide to members.
  • Deliver member‑focused events and ensure members get the best value from their membership, contributing to members’ growth and development.
  • Drive membership recruitment and retention.
  • Support the development and delivery of member benefits and identify new member benefit opportunities.
  • Act as the key liaison between the community and the wider staff team, fostering a vibrant, supported, and strong community of members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage members instantly.
  • Self‑motivated, self‑organised, and able to liaise closely with the CEO and wider staff team.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and experience in building supportive and trusting relationships with members.
  • Working knowledge of the tyre sector (initially preferred); also a good understanding of the values: Professional, Collaborative, Creative, and Integrity.
  • Experience in membership management and leadership is an advantage.
