Job Description:
This role involves building and developing client relationships to meet sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and confidence in managing clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Grow existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships
- Understand client goals and identify support opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and repeat business
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers to source products
- Prepare quotations and proposals with the in-house studio team
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery
- Meet sales targets set by the Merchandise Manager
Person Specification and Core Competencies:
- Experience in the promotional merchandise industry is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite, friendly, and team-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong motivation to achieve sales goals
- Confident in phone communication with customers and suppliers
- Trustworthy with a commitment to confidentiality
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and IT tools
