Microsoft Dynamics 365 Recruitment Specialist | Connecting Top Talent – D365 SCM Functional Lead role based in the UK with travel to client sites as required. Salary £70k - £85k + Benefits. You will lead D365 SCM projects with a focus on Manufacturing and/or Advanced Warehousing and have the freedom to shape your career with autonomy.
We have an exciting opportunity for a D365 SCM Functional Lead to take the reins with a rapidly growing Microsoft Consultancy. With a specialism in Manufacturing and Distribution, they have cultivated strong relationships in this industry which has led to increased growth and a strong project pipeline into 2026. The role requires senior involvement in project delivery and client engagement.
Ideal candidates will have a background in Manufacturing (Process Manufacturing) and/or Advanced Warehousing and will oversee project delivery from design to deployment, working closely with the Solution Architect to manage resources and ensure alignment with design plans.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver D365 SCM solutions end to end, including modifications
- Lead complex D365 projects from inception to completion
- Manage resources and own client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project outputs align with design plans and deliver enterprise D365 solutions
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful delivery and innovation
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering D365 SCM solutions end to end, including modifications
- Expertise in D365 Process Manufacturing and/or Advanced Warehousing
- Ability to independently lead complex D365 projects end to end
- Passion for Microsoft Dynamics and team-wide collaboration
