Lawyer Acquisition Associate @ Flex Legal | Aspiring Solicitor | Law Graduate from Lancaster University We have a new exciting opportunity with a law firm with over 900 lawyers across the US and Europe, who is looking for an experienced 6PQE+ Corporate Lawyer to join their legal team for 6 months, full-time. Key responsibilities

Mainly M&A deals and some inbound investment side too - pure bread and butter M&A work. (Both buyer & seller side) London and US pipeline, so need to be comfortable working in the US too. Standard review of SPA, calls with external counsel, negotiation calls, closing checklists, NDA management, etc, for potential acquisitions. No corporate associates, so they would be leading on their own. Picking up for downstream M&A. Very busy and active team!

You will be

Someone confident/senior enough to feel comfortable running their own deals. Autonomous and happy to run with things at a level to do this themselves. Need for someone who can hit the ground running. Organised and able to prioritise. Hard‑working, responsive and action‑oriented. Good judgement, able to take pragmatic risk‑managed decisions, while applying high standards.
