Base pay range
Location: Remote, (candidates must be based in the UK)
Duration: FTC until September 2027
Salary: £40K + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits, (including 13.5% Pension, Blue Light Card scheme and a wide range of travel and shopping discounts)

Joining a busy Application Services Development Team, you will be supporting the enhancements and modifications of key Policing applications as well as the migration of legacy systems to new systems and necessary integrations. It\'s a fascinating role developing and enhancing a Police Forces Applications, (as well as the API\'s so that they integrate with other the Police Force applications), that deliver critical services to the wider community.
There is potential for the role to be pro rata on a 4 day week basis for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Support the enhancements and modifications of key Policing applications.
- Migration of legacy systems to new systems and necessary integrations.
- Develop and enhance Police Forces Applications and APIs to integrate with other Police Force applications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Application Development, testing and documentation experience in .Net , C#, SQL Server environment.
- Strong RDBMS exposure to SQL Server.
- PowerApps experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Security / Eligibility
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years in order to meet the security vetting requirements to be submitted to this role. If successful at interview, the Force will run significant background checks in order for the relevant level of Security Vetting to be issued before you can start in the role
