Responsibilities

• Take ownership of FF&E elements within luxury residential projects, collaborating closely with the Project Leader to support the overall design direction.
• Prepare concept designs, spatial planning, and schematic schemes; select furniture and detailing joinery.
• Assist with FF&E tender documentation and procurement processes.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the design team; conduct site visits to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop; Estimac is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
