MOBILE NON-WORKING TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (HYBRID WORKING)

Wates FM is offering a unique opportunity for a talented individual to become an FM Supervisor, leading a team of Engineers to deliver excellent and sustainable hard M&E maintenance for our client in London and surrounding areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of top-tier hard M&E services, ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have updated qualifications and experience, managing multiple projects and addressing maintenance issues directly when needed. Certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH, along with health and safety training, will be advantageous.

You will need to manage subcontractors and suppliers, produce quotations for extra works quickly, and respond effectively to reactive works, all while maintaining high standards. Your organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to foster strong client relationships will be key.

Qualifications and skills:

• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical and building services maintenance
• Experience in audits and KPI meetings
• Electrical or Mechanical qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds
• Client-facing skills and good communication skills
