Role Overview

We\'re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding the monday.com user base within the partner ecosystem. You\'ll be responsible for generating new business, driving sales cycles, and working closely with partners to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business: Prospect, qualify, and generate leads for monday.com, focusing on net new opportunities within the partner ecosystem.
  • Manage the sales cycle: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, effectively communicate monday.com\'s value propositions, and guide prospects through the entire sales process.
  • Become a monday.com expert: Develop deep product knowledge across the monday ecosystem, stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, and act as a trusted advisor for partners and internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Partner team to contribute to overall partner success and revenue growth.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of process automation concepts and the broader SaaS landscape
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and new business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with executives
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to travel throughout UK & Europe where necessary

Location

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in either our Birmingham office
