Job Title: Money Management Adviser HSF, based in Herefordshire

Funding: Funded to 31 March 2026 – potential for further funding

Salary Scale: £27,269 FTE pro rata starting salary rising to £27,711 FTE pro rata after 6 months probationary period.

Hours: 18.5 hours per week, actual salary £13,634.50

Purpose of Post

This post will provide advice up to generalist casework level, focusing on income maximisation, financial ‘health check’, benefits, debt, and housing advice, along with ongoing support.

The role aims to help clients facing financial difficulties, including:

• Parents/guardians of children aged 0-5
• Individuals in receipt of emergency food
• People seeking access to emergency food
• Individuals facing destitution
• Vulnerable pensioners

Additionally, the role involves providing advice, information, and support to improve clients’ money management skills and financial capability.
