Qualified Rural Surveyors
Are you an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor ready to advance your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and forward-thinking consultancy to lead a range of diverse and rewarding projects across Cheshire. You’ll be involved in a wide mix of rural and utility sector work, from managing infrastructure project access and land transactions to delivering expert valuations and rural property consultancy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing land referencing, access negotiations, and compensation claims
- Handling acquisitions, wayleaves, servitudes, and property transactions
- Delivering RICS Red Book valuations and strategic land advice
- Engaging with clients, landowners, project teams, and advisors
- Collaborating across sectors to deliver integrated land solutions

The Candidate:
- MRICS qualified (Registered Valuer status desirable)
- Experienced in rural surveying and land management
- Ambitious, proactive and able to manage projects independently
- Strong communicator with solid stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of rural property, forestry, utilities and infrastructure sectors
- Practical farming or forestry experience and understanding of utility land access issues are advantageous
The Package:
- Salary: £30,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
