We are looking for a delivery-focused, results-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused culture. You will work closely with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to lead the development, optimisation, and support of integration solutions that underpin Thames Water’s digital transformation journey.

We are seeking a MuleSoft Technical Lead to own and deliver enterprise integration capabilities across Thames Water. You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and reusable APIs and integration patterns using MuleSoft Anypoint and SAP Integration Suite. This role is central to driving operational excellence, supporting data strategy, and ensuring the stability and evolution of our integration platforms.

As a hands-on leader, you will guide technical decisions, manage integration backlogs, and ensure platform governance while mentoring team members and promoting DevOps best practices.
