Multiple Full Stack Tech Lead Developer | Series A funded | Fully remote | Up to £85k

We’re helping a Series A funded scale-up on a hypergrowth trajectory hire multiple Full Stack Tech Lead Developers to supercharge their product engineering teams. This is not just another dev job. This is the chance to:

• Shape the tech direction of a product revolutionising healthcare
• Lead a small, agile squad in a 70/30 hands-on vs. leadership role
• Work in a fully remote setup with just 1–2 office days/month (Bristol, Bournemouth, London)

Tech Stack

Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js, TypeScript, Python, NodeJS (AWS), MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, GitHub Actions, AWS, CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong full-stack experience with object-oriented languages (Ruby, PHP, Java, C#, etc.)
• Experience mentoring or leading—or ready for that first step into leadership
• Passion for clean code, collaboration, and constant improvement
• Comfort with agile practices: pair programming, code reviews, automated testing
• Curiosity & growth mindset—keen to learn new tools & tech
