National Account Executive – Grocery & Convenience
Home-based (with London access 1 day/week)
£45–60k basic + Car Allowance + 25% Bonus
The Opportunity

With a portfolio of much-loved global brands, they’ve bucked the market trend — growing 30% in 2024 and on track for 50% growth in 2025. Now they’re looking for a high-energy, commercially sharp National Account Executive to fuel their next phase of expansion.

As a key player in the Off Trade/Grocery team, you’ll:
Drive Growth: Shape and execute standout commercial strategies across key Convenience and Grocery accounts
Own Relationships: Lead P&L responsibilities with top Convenience customers, while supporting SNAMs on major Grocery accounts like Tesco
Make an Impact: You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to help shape a high-performing team
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing key Convenience customers
- Supporting the Grocery team on major mults
- Developing and executing joint business plans and promotions
- Handling all elements of the commercial relationship — pricing, forecasting, budgeting and negotiations
- Identifying growth opportunities and driving brand performance
Who You Are
- A results-driven sales pro, already working at JNAM or NAM level within FMCG — ideally BWS, Food or Drink
- Experienced in managing P&L and retail commercial negotiations
- A confident communicator, both internally and externally, with real drive and initiative
- Sharp, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to challenge the norm
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
