What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial National Account Manager (UK) to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on Out-of-Home (OOH) channels, with additional exposure to Retail, Distributors, and Wholesale. You’ll play a key role in growing our UK presence, managing existing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities across multiple sales channels.

We’re a small, agile team — so we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, independent, and thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment. You should be comfortable owning your patch, driving growth, and turning opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and grow relationships with key national and regional accounts
  • Build strong relationships at both executive and operational levels to drive account development
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and develop tailored commercial strategies
  • Use data‑led insights to improve rate of sale and retention across key accounts
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities and distribution channels
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within OOH
  • Actively network and stay engaged with the industry to drive commercial leads
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and planning
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for select retail accounts as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management, ideally in FMCG or similar sectors
  • High energy, ambition, and a self‑starting, can‑do attitude
  • Organised, independent and great with follow‑through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • An established network within the industry, especially in OOH or Wholesale
  • Experience working with challenger or high‑growth brands
