National Account Manager – Out of Home (OOH) — Remote
Are you an experienced OOH account manager looking for a bigger role with more energy, purpose, and growth? This is your opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing health-focused food brands - scientifically backed, mission-driven, and backed by serious investment.
We’re searching for a National Account Manager to take full commercial ownership of the Out-of-Home channel, managing wholesalers, foodservice, and contract catering accounts. This isn’t just account maintenance, it’s a high-autonomy role with a huge pipeline of NPD and a brand story that truly stands out in market.
You’ll report directly to the Commercial Director and work cross-functionally with NPD, marketing, and field sales to bring gut-healthy products to a growing audience across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key wholesale, foodservice, and contract catering accounts (CLF, Brakes, Compass, etc.).
- Take full P&L ownership across a diverse product portfolio including chilled and ambient.
- Lead promotional strategy, range reviews, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Sell in innovative NPD - and land them with precision.
- Represent the brand at buyer meetings, sampling events, industry conferences, and internal reviews.
- Work closely with field sales and report on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing OOH accounts in FMCG.
- Proven success in wholesaler, foodservice, and/or contract catering channels.
- Sharp commercial eye and deep attention to detail, you don’t let anything slide.
- Natural relationship builder who can bring buyers and customers into a mission-led brand story.
- Energised by fast-paced environments, spinning plates, and building something meaningful.
- Passion for health, wellness, and food that makes a difference.
