An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Manager to join a leading FMCG business, focused on accelerating growth across key retail and wholesale accounts. This role will develop strategic customer relationships and execute commercial plans across a portfolio of renowned brands.

The Role:
- Achieve annual targets across volume, revenue, and contribution
- Develop and manage customer business plans and promotional calendars
- Lead price file accuracy, promotional spend tracking, and JBP delivery
- Forecast monthly sales by SKU and collaborate with supply chain for inventory planning
- Communicate customer updates with field teams and align on new listings, promotions, and NPD launches
- Identify new distribution opportunities and drive growth through data and insights
The Requirements:
- Extensive sales/account management experience in FMCG (food and drink essential)
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and strategic planning skills
- Resilient self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and IT proficiency
- Creative, analytical, and passionate about building brands in the Irish market
