As National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our top UK grocery retail accounts (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda). You’ll deliver strategic growth and brilliant execution, build strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners, lead compelling customer plans, and drive profitable sales performance while representing our brand and values. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive commercial team and help shape the future of the St. Ewe grocery channel.

What you’ll do

  • Own key UK grocery retail accounts (e.g. Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Asda) and drive growth and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners.
  • Lead customer plans and drive profitable sales performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution from shelf to supply.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador with energy, purpose, and professionalism.

  • Comfortable using data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories
  • Proven track record in a National Account Manager or Junior NAM role within FMCG
  • Experience managing top UK grocery retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the UK grocery landscape and retail customer expectations
  • P&L accountability and experience leading joint business planning
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Ideally experience within fresh/chilled categories, challenger brands, or added-value food

Location

Hybrid with regular travel to HQ (Cornwall) and customer meetings. Office-based if local.
