Location: Home based with UK wide travelSalary: £50-55,000 + bonus + car/allowance + benefitsOur Client is a market leading organisation with an impressive portfolio of B2B customers in multiple sectors. The business supplies equipment into dealers, resellers, and direct end users across sectors such as hospitality, education, HORECA, healthcare, business and industry, and the public sector. To continue their impressive growth strategy they are now looking for a proactive and technically minded Product Sales Manager to grow national sales through a combination of field visits, telephone activity, and dealer engagement.The role:To proactively generate new business across dealer networks and direct end users through structured field and telephone activity, thereafter securing repeat businessTo identify and qualify prospects, develop tailored proposals, and convert enquiries into confirmed ordersTo manage the full sales process from initial contact to quotation, negotiation, and close, prioritising sales visits, calls, and follow-ups to achieve activity and conversion targetsTo re-energise dormant customers through targeted campaigns and regular communicationTo build a thorough understanding of the company’s product range to be able to provide the best advice concerning product & technical support, thereafter to match client requirements to suitable specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and complianceTo liaise with internal project and service teams to ensure seamless coordination from order to installationTo provide accurate, timely quotations and ensure all documentation is complete and commercially soundTo stay up to date with and provide feedback regarding market intelligence, pricing data, and customer insights to inform product strategyTo achieve individual sales and margin targets, contributing directly to divisional growth objectivesTo maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting using CRM systemsTo monitor and stay abreast of competitor activity, pricing, and promotional trends, proposing tactical responsesTo work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure strong product knowledge and competitive positioningThe person:Proven experience in a product sales or business development role within hospitality, education, HORECA, healthcare, or a similar technical environmentConfident managing both telephone and field-based selling, balancing prospecting with relationship managementA demonstrable track record of success regularly achieving annual sales targetsExperience selling to dealer/distributor networks as well as directly to end usersFamiliar with quotation management, pricing, and margin control in capital equipment salesSkilled in building new customer bases while maintaining strong existing relationshipsAbility to interpret technical information and explain it clearly to internal & external stakeholdersHighly motivated and self-starting – thrives on achieving and exceeding targetsConfident communicator to a broad range of stakeholdersOrganised and methodical with excellent time management and attention to detailCustomer-focused, commercially aware, and results-driven.Enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-moving, competitive sales environmentAmbitious and career-minded, with future potential to take on greater responsibility as the product division scalesComfortable travelling extensively across the UK, therefore, requiring a full UK driving licenseTo apply for this exciting opportunity please email your CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
