Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation, delivery, acceptance training, and post-sales issue resolution of projects such as servers;
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing customer service requirements in the local region
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and service quality management in the local region;
  • Evaluate the current status of the service system in the local region, and develop plans and improvement solutions;
  • Collaborate with sales to solve problems, and plan and implement key service projects.


Qualifications

  • Familiar with the construction and operation management of customer service systems in the ICT industry, with more than 3 years of experience in the service systems of the IT industry such as servers and storage;
  • Possess self-motivation and strong stress resistance;
  • Native-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the local language, with no barriers in Chinese or English.
