Location: Field-based – covering Manchester, Rochdale, and Stockport Contract Type: Fixed-term (18 months) Travel Required: Yes – regular travel across the region Tasks & Responsibilities
Stakeholder Connectivity: Build strong relationships across practices, PCNs, neighbourhoods, and system leaders to ensure seamless project delivery. Execution Excellence: Collaborate with healthcare system project teams to drive high-quality implementation. Troubleshooting: Anticipate and resolve project challenges, working with internal and external teams to course correct. Operational Reporting: Provide updates to Boehringer Ingelheim project teams and recommend resource adjustments when needed. Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects support the Integrated Care System (ICS) strategy and communicate this vision to operational teams.
Requirements Skills & Experience:
Strong NHS and healthcare system knowledge Proven project management and customer engagement skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with compliance processes and ABPI/IPHA codes Comfortable interpreting data trends and making informed decisions Strategic thinking and performance focus Up-to-date clinical knowledge Solution-oriented approach Personal presence and impact
Education & Qualifications
Degree-level education IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ideally a clean driving licence
