Barchester Healthcare is one of the UK's market leading healthcare providers, being the second largest in the UK with over 250 care homes and hospitals across the country. They have a successful new builds programme with 10 new build homes being built and opened every year for the next three years, and they are rapidly expanding. This role as a New Builds Marketing Executive supports delivering marketing for new home openings to drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Hybrid working, with regular travel into our London office and frequent visits to new build homes across the UK; meet teams on site and tour our stunning new homes.
  • Manage processes that underpin the successful delivery of marketing for new home openings to drive commercial performance, including naming the home, artwork creation, offline campaigns, and opening events.
  • Budget control and reporting; deliver clear, on-brand collateral for homes to use appropriately.

What you will need to do

  • Ensure all systems are in place and working correctly for a smooth customer journey.
  • Set up call tracking for each home; liaise with the digital team to ensure digital elements are in place when needed.
  • Liaise with media, creative and print agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and messaging is on-brand.
  • Carry out a competitor analysis for each new home and produce a presentation with key findings.
  • Work collaboratively with other Marketing team members to ensure the Digital, PR and CX elements of campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Source an appropriate name for the new homes and manage internal and local authority approvals.
  • Work with signage contractors to produce temporary and permanent signage solutions with on-brand messaging; ensure marketing tools (printed collateral and web-to-print) are available locally.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of the grand opening event for each new home (name badges, goody bags, running order, on-site support).

Qualifications

  • Administration experience; ability to work concurrently on multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Organizational and prioritisation skills; ability to manage own workload; excellent written and verbal communication; good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • UK driving licence.
