New Business Development Manager | Flexible & Paper Packaging | South East, UK | £70-80k basic, OTE £100k+

Our client is a leading European manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions, renowned for commitment to sustainability. As a well established leader, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, customised paper and plastic packaging that meets the diverse needs of clients across various industries. This is a group who are passionate about developing eco-friendly alternatives packaging solutions.

You will be responsible for:

•Driving sales of both paper and plastic packaging solutions, understanding client needs and presenting tailored offerings.

•Specifically targeting key accounts within the retail, industrial, e-commerce, distributor and logistics sectors.

•Identifying new business opportunities across the South East of the UK

•Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact through to negotiation and closing deals.

•Collaborating closely with our technical and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key attributes required:

•Proven track record in new business development from within the packaging sector

•Experience in selling across a diverse range of markets

•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

•Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and converting opportunities in the South East.

•Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
