Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, occasional weekends required (37.5 hours)

Salary: Starting from £29,000 per annum + £15,000 OTC + Company Car + Benefits

What will I be doing?

As our New Business, you will help us grow our property portfolio in North Wales. Using your local knowledge, networking skills, relationship-building, and sales ability, you will be key to success in this role.

During the day, you will be involved in:

1. Working toward sales KPIs to ensure appointments, property sign-ups, and revenue targets are met
2. Developing relationships with local businesses for referrals and organic growth
3. Presenting each new property effectively, including descriptions, photography, and pricing
4. Maintaining a pipeline of suitable properties through prospecting, networking, and attending events
5. Collaborating with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of property owners

• Problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data for revenue and pricing strategies
• Good geographical knowledge of the area and experience with field sales and remote work
• Full driving license is essential
