TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor / Associate into its Commercial Property team in Taunton offering flexible Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Advising on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
• Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
• Handling planning matters and agricultural property matters
• Acting on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, including small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers

Qualifications

Applications are welcomed from 3 plus PQE Solicitors with commercial property knowledge and a strong commercial approach to their work.
