Your Role: Customer Success & Content Marketing Specialist
- Advocacy and Insight: As a voice for our users, you'll deeply understand their needs and challenges, effectively representing them at Bearable. You'll inform our product team, guiding our app's development to better serve our community.
- Content Creation: You'll energise our popular blog with health content and manage our social media presence. Crafting engaging newsletters is also part of your role.
- Empathy and Support: Handling user interactions with care and professionalism, particularly those with health concerns, is crucial. You'll address customer complaints and technical issues via Zendesk, Reddit, and Discord, escalating when needed.
- Community Engagement: Moderating our Reddit and Discord forums, you'll guide users towards support and log feature requests. Your role involves nurturing positive user relationships and championing Bearable's commitment to customer care.
- Feedback Analysis: Identifying recurring user issues, you'll report these insights and suggest proactive platform improvements. Your role includes presenting user feedback to the company and initiating new systems to enhance customer support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work alongside Product, Marketing, and Developers, contributing to customer support goals. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior management is key.
- Versatile Involvement: Expect to wear multiple hats, from conducting user interviews to assisting with product testing. We value adaptability and initiative in our team.
We're Seeking:
- A balanced work-life approach.
- Experience with consumer products, preferably health apps.
- Content marketing skills, ideally in health-related areas.
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Jira.
- Strong communication abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute across the business.
- Passion for solving global health challenges and empowering individuals with health conditions.

- Experience in health app development.
- Personal passion for health optimisation, perhaps influenced by personal or close ones' health experiences.
