Location: Based in Head Office in Pudsey, West Yorkshire
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success
Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience, pro-rata
Part-time position: 17-20 hours per week, ideally over 4/5 days
Benefits: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, pro-rata
Work arrangement: Hybrid, including working from home and travel to meet customers
Sano Physiotherapy Ltd provides professional physiotherapy services across clinics in the Midlands, Yorkshire, the Northwest, and the Northeast. We are leaders in NHS services, corporate occupational health physiotherapy, and have a strong private client base.
We are seeking an NHS Customer Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for our NHS customers. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of NHS First Contact Practitioner (FCP) customers, with some ICB level customers (roughly a 90:10 split).
You will develop strong relationships with existing customers, onboard new clients, and work closely with colleagues in our Customer Success department, liaising with clinical managers, operations managers, service leaders, and senior management.
The NHS Customer Coordinator must be engaged with NHS customers to understand and advocate for their needs within the company. You will ensure customer needs are proactively met, analyze customer data, and deliver quality service aligned with our values and standards. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building, proactive communication, and data analysis skills.

- Knowledge of NHS Long Term Plan and ARRS, understanding of Primary Care Network structures
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working with datasets and KPIs
- Willingness to travel; a full, clean UK driving license is required
- Proactive planning and IT literacy, including Office 365 tools
