My client, a leading independent healthcare provider working in partnership with the NHS, is seeking to appoint three NHS Partners across the UK.
This senior role will lead strategic engagement with NHS organisations, building high-impact partnerships that align with NHS priorities while driving commercial growth, market access, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with ICBs, NHS Trusts, and commissioning bodies.
- Secure new business opportunities and deliver against regional growth plans.
- Act as regional expert on referral pathways and pipeline performance.
- Influence NHS policy and procurement frameworks to support service adoption.
- Represent the organisation at NHS forums, events, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Experience working with or within NHS organisations (ICBs, Trusts, commissioning).
- Strong understanding of NHS policy, commissioning, and procurement frameworks.
- Proven success in partnership development and commercial growth in healthcare.
- Ability to analyse complex healthcare data and translate insights into strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Knowledge of health inequalities, community care models, and transformation agendas.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering outcomes.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing business cases, tenders, or funding applications (No bidding needed)
- Understanding of compliance and governance (including ABPI standards).
- Demonstrable project management and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and healthcare data/reporting platforms.
Desirable
- Relevant degree in healthcare, business, or public policy.
- Experience representing an organisation at NHS forums.
- Experience co-creating innovation or joint projects with NHS bodies.
- Understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with electronic patient records, project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana), or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
Package
- £70,000 base salary
- Car allowance - £5k
- Performance bonus
- Home-based with flexible travel
