\nPosition:
\nOffice Manager  with ad hoc PA duties to Founder – managing all office operations in a diverse hands on role, and providing ad hoc high-level executive support to the Founder of a 20-person finance company.
\nSalary:
\n£45,000 – £52,000 depending on experience
\nHybrid set up:
\n4 days in the office, 1 day from home
\nBenefits:

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager / PA position:
\n
\nFull office management including facilities, suppliers, implementing new systems internal and client events
\nPA support to the Founder ad hoc – managing diary, travel, and high-level meetings
\nTravel and meeting management for rest of company
\nLiaising with clients and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently
\nSupporting onboarding processes, recruitment and HR support
\nDriving and maintaining a positive, high-functioning team culture
\n

What background and experience is the company looking for?
\n• Proven experience in an Office Manager or EA role, ideally in a start-up, finance, or trading environment
\n• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
\n• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
\n• Calm, resourceful, and able to juggle competing priorities
\n• Excellent communication skills and confident working with senior stakeholders
\n• Enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a high-energy team
