Job Description

Objective :

The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production plays a vital role in supporting global commercialisation teams and markets by acting as a central point of contact for executing omnichannel campaigns across European, APAC, and ICON markets. This role is focused on tactical planning and execution of omnichannel strategies for product launches and ongoing portfolios, ensuring high-quality, precise, and timely delivery. Success in this position requires expertise in project management, digital marketing execution, and stakeholder collaboration to drive impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive campaign execution efforts, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategies.
Oversee tactical execution plans for designated markets, providing clear direction on production and delivery of marketing assets.
Collaborate with strategists, brand teams, and creative teams to plan, resource, and execute campaigns effectively across all channels.
Manage content timelines and ensure timely delivery while fostering strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
Serve as a subject matter expert for tools, workflows, and processes to support seamless project management and quality execution.

Must have experience

Experience in digital marketing operations (execution) within a large, complex organisation.
Experience in omnichannel marketing management, campaign planning, and budget tracking.
Familiarity with content management systems, marketing asset specifications, templates, and workflows.
Experience managing external vendors.
Strong understanding of marketing performance data and its impact on decision-making.
Proficiency in Veeva CRM
