About the Role:
Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times
Oversee the processing of customer orders, queries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
Develop and implement customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
Monitor key metrics (KPIs) and report on team performance to senior management
Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment

About You:
Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
