Online Trading Executive

Location: Royston (2 days/week in office, flexible if near Hertfordshire). Remote options available
Duration: 6 months (potential to go permanent)

Reporting to: Online Trading Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse trading performance across digital channels and optimise accordingly.
- Monitor stock levels and category performance to support commercial decisions.
- Own weekly trade reporting and performance dashboards.
- Schedule and manage content and category updates across the site.
- Create and present performance insights using PowerPoint and other visual tools.
- Project manage the trading calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Ability to create clear, actionable reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Comfortable managing trading calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Background in Fashion, Retail, FMCG, or other consumer-facing sectors.
- Campaign-led mindset with a commercial focus.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
