Online Trading Executive

Location: Royston (2 days/week in office, flexible if near Hertfordshire). Remote options available

Duration: 6 months (potential to go permanent)

Reporting to: Online Trading Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse trading performance across digital channels and optimise accordingly.
  • Monitor stock levels and category performance to support commercial decisions.
  • Own weekly trade reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Schedule and manage content and category updates across the site.
  • Create and present performance insights using PowerPoint and other visual tools.
  • Project manage the trading calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through robust reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to create clear, actionable reports and communicate findings effectively.
  • Comfortable managing trading calendars and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Background in Fashion, Retail, FMCG, or other consumer-facing sectors.
  • Campaign-led mindset with a commercial focus.
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
