Senior Operations Executive

Location: Homebased or Hybrid

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus benefits including bonus, £1000 travel fund, 23 days holidays, pension, and more.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in luxury travel operations, preferably with a DMC or luxury tour operator dealing with HNWIs, with strong knowledge of Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Managing luxury VIP bookings mainly within Europe and worldwide.
• Coordinating with DMCs or direct partners such as hotels, guides, private drivers.
• Booking services like hotels, private tours, flights, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Preparing and dispatching travel documents within deadlines.
• Collaborating with finance to ensure timely invoice payments.
• Maintaining up-to-date records on CRM and reservation systems.
• Communicating with clients for pre-departure arrangements and handling emergencies.

Skills and Qualities:

• Experience in luxury travel operations, especially in Europe.
• Proactive with a forward-thinking approach to client experience.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Strong relationships with DMCs and suppliers.
• Analytical with process formulation skills.
