Overview
Role: Operational Support Specialist at TieTalent. Contract: ASAP until end of November. Hours: 37 hrs p/w. Location: Remote. Pay rate: £29.24.
SRG are working with a global pharmaceutical company who are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join their team. The CTS Hub provides a single front door access to medicines for use in third party clinical trials serving EU and APAC customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Liaison: serve as a point of contact for customer queries and requests, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Process Documentation: maintain clear documentation for operational processes, SOPs, and workflows.
- Supply Chain Coordination: collaborate with supply chain teams to manage set ups, production and delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Continuous Improvement: identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and work with relevant teams to implement best practices, optimising productivity and resource utilisation within CTS Hub.
- Operational Issue Resolution: troubleshoot and escalate operational concerns, ensuring effective resolution.
- Stakeholder Communication: foster open, efficient communication across departments to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in operational support or customer service; pharma, plant or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: proficiency with office software; experience with SAP or supply chain systems is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: strong networking, communication, and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self starter: able to work on their own initiative.
- Organisational Skills: exceptional multitasking, prioritisation, and accuracy in a dynamic setting.
- Proactive Attitude: anticipates potential challenges and takes initiative to address them before they escalate.
- Continuous Learner: seeks ongoing opportunities to enhance skills, stay informed of industry changes, and increase professional value to CTS Hub.
