Hiring: Operations, AI & Systems Manager (New Role)

Remote | Contract Full-Time | Start ASAP

→ In-house SaaS & Shopify Apps (Bug Portal, Sub Genius, A/B Genius)

→ Higher volume testing & builds

→ Internal system overhaul, improving our entire Clickup setup we just moved to

→ AI embedded across every department

To support this scale, we’re hiring a brand new Operations, AI & Systems Manager — someone who thrives in organized chaos and wants to build one of the most efficient agencies in the space.

Help us operate like a machine.

Improve the efficiency, clarity, and delivery across every part of the business, without adding overheads.

You’ll:

• Build scalable systems across testing, builds, design, dev, and client delivery
• ️ Automate internal workflows (ClickUp, Slack, Shopify, GitHub, AI tools etc.)
• Embed AI tools into real workflows — not just talk about them
• Help our team move faster, communicate better, and deliver higher quality work

• Map chaos into clarity — workflows, SOPs, automations, and templates
• ️ Automate operations — from QA alerts to onboarding to A/B test tracking
• Build AI tools for design briefs, client updates, SOPs, QA, and reporting
• Scale delivery velocity — reduce blockers, eliminate rework, drive ownership
• Own the tools — ClickUp, Zapier/Make, Slack, Airtable, GitHub

You’ll be the glue between:

→ Head of Design, Head of Development, Head of CRO

→ QA Lead, Project Manager, CEO

→ CRO retainers, landing pages, site builds, and internal software tools

• 2–3+ years in ops, systems, or automation (agency/SaaS/brands ideal)
• Hands-on with automation tools: n8n
• Familiar with Shopify workflows, CRO processes, and dev handoffs
• AI-native: OpenAI, Claude, Galileo, GPTs
• Low-code builder or light coder (JS/Python is a plus) or able to build using code.

• Full-time focus on our agency only
• You think like a builder and act like an operator
• Passion for systems, speed, and AI
• Ownership mentality — you run the internal engine
• Really deeply understand operations and efficiency issues
• Obsessed with clarity and removing chaos
