The Opportunity
As Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting both the commercial and operational sides of the business. From managing day-to-day retailer operations to coordinating internal communications and ensuring great customer service, you'll be right at the heart of the action.
You'll be given full training, plenty of support, and the chance to make a real impact in a business that's scaling rapidly across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational transactions with key retail accounts
- Act as a key point of contact for account-specific queries
- Facilitate smooth communication between sales, operations, and supply chain teams
- Provide excellent customer service and support from order through to delivery
- Maintain accurate admin, systems, and records
- At least one year of experience in a customer service, operations, or admin role
- Ideally from a consumer goods or retail head office background-but open to other experience
- A naturally organised, detail-oriented person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
- £35,000 starting salary
- Annual bonus
