As ourOperations Integration Specialist, you'll be the driving forcebehind ensuring that everything we build is ready for real-world operation. You’ll sit at the heart of Operations, not just observing from the sidelines but activelyinfluencing decisions, shaping outcomes, and ensuring thatwhat’s delivered isfit for purpose, future-proof, and operationally rock-solid.

As part of supporting our Capital Delivery Project Teams, but fully embedded within Operations, you’llbridgeproject delivery and operational excellence. You’ll ensure operational requirements are fully considered and embedded from the outset—drivingresilience, efficiency, andperformancein every solution.

From day one, you'll represent Operations throughout theentire project lifecycle—making sure what's delivered is compliant and high-performing, practical, sustainable, and ready for day-to-day use.
