About the role

Are you an experienced Operations Manager working in a fast paced and diverse category in one of the UK's biggest retailers?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team here at Asda House!
As an Operations Manager, you'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders in order to develop, deliver

and maintain operation models that are key to drive retail excellence & category performance.

You'll also play a key part in supporting innovation and trials that evolve our food services proposition in line with the commercial strategy.

About you

• Strong operational background in food retail, hospitality, or foodservices
• Experience in developing and rolling out store-level processes and ways of working
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trial-and-scale environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging field and store teams
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate it into actionable insights
• Understanding of food safety and compliance within a retail or foodservice context (desirable)
