Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager. The position is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and coordinate staff, ensure quality control, and handle client communications. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and continuous improvement of services to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Budget Management
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Quality Control, Health and Safety Compliance
• Experience in the facilities services or cleaning industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
