Specsavers in Bridgnorth is looking for an Optometrist to join our community-focused store and deliver an excellent patient experience. We welcome a practitioner who is passionate, collaborative, and ready to contribute to building our loyal customer base.

Position and Location

Position: Optometrist

Location: Bridgnorth

Salary: Competitive basic salary available + bonus

Working hours: Full or Part Time hours considered

Experience and Qualifications

You must be a GOC registered Optometrist with a minimum of 6 years post-qualified experience.

Experience level notes include openness to candidates with different levels of experience in line with practice needs.

Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we’re seeking someone who shares our store ethos. The successful candidate will grow, develop, and offer exceptional customer care, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and engage proactively with the team to drive the practice forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality optometry services and patient care
  • Support with Pre-Reg supervision
  • Contribute to store performance and patient experience goals
  • Be involved in clinical development and professional progression
  • Collaborate with the team on service improvements and patient education
