Overview

Oracle Ebusiness Suite Procurement Consultant - Techno/Functional. This role is within the Delivery team, delivering services principally against Oracle E-Business Suite products as well as some Cloud ERP products. The role focused on Application Managed Service engagements, with additional project work. Role is home-based with occasional UK travel for client meetings and internal sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services against Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iExpenses, Purchasing, and iProcurement.
• Provide hybrid technical/functional consultancy for Financials and Procurement.
• Participate in support/managed services engagements and contribute to project work as required.
• Apply outstanding technical development skills and strong functional capability to deliver solutions.

Your Experience and Skills

• Outstanding technical capability with detailed knowledge of Financials and Procurement data structures.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, APIs, Alerts, Workflow, BI Publisher, and Bursting.
• Excellent English language skills (written, spoken, presentation, and comprehension).
• Strong understanding of Financials and Procurement business processes and accounting knowledge to underpin consultancy skills.
• Desirable awareness of current trends and best practices.
• Good Functional capability to include:
• Deep understanding of Financials and Procurement modules including iProcurement.
• Knowledge of modules like Order Management and Inventory.
• Understanding of complementary SCM or Projects-related modules.
• Experience in a support environment, underpinned by ITIL-based practices; ITIL Foundation certification is desirable (training provided if you can demonstrate understanding of the principles).
