Looking for experienced Technical Cutover Manager/Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end cutover strategy and execution for a critical Oracle HCM Cloud implementation

10 months Contract + possibility of extension

Responsibilities

• Help to coordinate data migration, integrations, environment transitions, and payroll cutover activities
• Oversee the coexistence model between Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS for non-HR/Payroll functions
• Manage technical teams to prepare for cutover readiness, including OIC integration (and any 3rd party co-ordination), data validation, and reconciliationCutover Strategy & Planning
• Develop and own the cutover strategy, including approach, scope, dependencies, timelines, and risk management.
• Define detailed cutover plans covering technical, functional, and business activities.
• Ensure alignment with the key program milestones (PB1, PB2, SIT, FVT, PCT, Penetration Testing, Regression, Dress Rehearsal, and Go-Live).

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Cutover Manager/Implementation Manager
• Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, environment transitions, and payroll cutover activities
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integration with Oracle EBS
• Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate cross-functional activities
• Proven ability to develop and own cutover strategy, plans, dependencies, timelines, and risk management
