Job Opportunity: Interim Organisation Design Lead

We are supporting a Private Equity-backed business undergoing major transformation, including a significant restructure of their operating model. They are seeking to appoint an Interim Organisation Design Lead to help shape and deliver the long-term structure of the business.

This is a key strategic role requiring someone with deep experience in organisation design within complex and fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to align the operating model with new strategic objectives. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement based out of London, with a fixed-term contract paying between £100k-£120k.
