Our Outbound Sales Executive role is remote, based in the UK, and part of the K3 Capital Group through Knightsbridge Commercial. The position focuses on generating B2B leads and engaging small‑business owners about selling their businesses. High performance is rewarded with an uncapped commission and extensive growth opportunities.

Role Overview

Our Outbound Sales Executives play a pivotal part in the success of our business. Your role will involve generating leads through outbound B2B calls, directly connecting with small‑business company owners, building relationships, and discussing the possibility of selling their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients
  • Work from our comprehensive in‑house CRM system
  • Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further
  • Deliver top‑notch service with empathy, diligence, and speed, ensuring an impeccable customer experience
