Outreach and Community Engagement Manager - Warwickshire

7 Days Old

We are looking for someone who can do outreach and community engagement with businesses, project stakeholders, and people across the Midlands.

While most outreach will be done remotely, there will be opportunities to attend in-person events so being located close enough to reach events in Warwickshire is essential.

About Love to Ride

Love to Ride is the online platform that gets more people riding bikes. We make it easy and fun to encourage our friends and co-workers to ride. We work with cities, companies and people all over the world to encourage more people to enjoy the benefits of riding a bike. We believe that life is much better when we feel happy, healthy, energised and connected to the people and places around us. We believe riding a bike has so many benefits to us individually, to our communities and our world.

Roles and Responsibilities

You’ll lead outreach and engagement efforts across Warwickshire, helping local workplaces, organisations, and individuals take part in our campaigns. Tasks include:

You will be a friendly ‘people person’ who is excellent at building relationships and is capable of presenting and ‘selling’ the Love to Ride program (the program is free to participate, but we still need to market and ‘sell’ participation in the program). You are an enthusiastic, quality driven self-starter, with a can-do attitude and a structured approach to your work. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Contract type: Freelance, fixed-term

Duration: Now - August 2026.

Estimated input: Minimum 46 days between now and August 2026.

Pay: £135 per day, plus travel expenses.

Potential Extension

We also have a team member going on maternity leave in September 2025, and there is potential for this role to expand to include additional project work and hours during that period. This may include covering a broader region and supporting more community engagement initiatives with us.

If you’re passionate about community engagement and excited to help people and organisations enjoy the benefits of cycling, we’d love to hear from you.
