RSM’s Finance Function Support team is a leading market-focused business, providing corporate accounting services to national and multinational corporations, with a focus on helping them remain compliant and providing insights into their operations. The team offers a comprehensive range of outsourcing services and is looking for an Outsourcing Senior to join our London office.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Acting as the controller for a portfolio of clients, including WIP/billing management
• Leading the reporting of management accounting information and ensuring the smooth running of the finance function
• Owning the client relationship, maintaining regular communication with client principals, and building strong, trusted relationships
• Supporting the preparation and filing of statutory accounts for the same portfolio of clients, working on the complete compliance cycle, including preparing and/or managing statutory accounts under FRS102 or IFRS, handling group reconstructions, converting to different GAAPs, drafting technical analysis, and providing acquisition accounting support
• Supervising and coaching Assistants within the team on bank reconciliations and sales/purchase ledger activities

What we are looking for:

• Part or Fully qualified ACCA/ACA
• Experience working in a professional practice, ideally in an equivalent Outsourcing team
• Experience supervising junior staff
• Strong time management and organizational skills with strict adherence to client reporting deadlines
• Strong understanding of UK financial reporting requirements (UK GAAP)
• Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness in financial management of your portfolio
