The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Paid Ads Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands of all sizes. We have clients ranging from startups generating £20k a month to established brands with over £45m in annual revenue. This role offers clear progression opportunities in a fast-paced, high growth agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. Opportunities to go to partner events hosted by partner platforms.
- Monitor performance daily, identify optimisation opportunities, and take decisive action to improve ROAS.
- Produce detailed performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure ad content is on-brand, engaging, and strategically aligned.
- Manage client meetings, providing insight and clarity on campaign progress and results.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce brands with budgets of £5k+ per month. Ideally, experience within Google, Pinterest and TikTok ads management too, however this is not essential - full training on these platforms can be provided.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients in both written and verbal formats
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional client results.
