About The Role
Firstpoint Healthcare are recruiting for Palliative Care Nurses for either ad-hoc shifts or long term vacancies. Pay Rates: £22.41 - £35 per hour

Working as a Nurse at Firstpoint Healthcare can include working in a variety of NHS hospitals.
You will:
- Provide a person-centred approached to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans
- Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations and record keeping
- Liaise with doctors and GPs
- Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines
Skills Required:
- Syringe Driver administration
- IV infusion
- Symptom & Pain Management (Pt controlled analgesia)
- BiPap/CPap
There is no requirement to drive and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.

Referral scheme - earn £150 per HCA after they work 80 hours and £250 per Registered Nurse referred to Firstpoint; £75 is also paid to the new candidate after completing 80 hours work with Firstpoint.

- Current NMC registration, with no restrictions on practise
- 6 months experience within the NHS in your chosen setting
