Paralegal/Litigation Executive – Leeds Join HF, a leading legal adviser in insurance and commercial sectors, as a Paralegal/Litigation Executive. This permanent, hybrid, full‑time role is based in Leeds. About the Role As a key member of the Casualty team, you will support our clients across a wide range of sectors, handling both pre‑litigation and post‑litigation work. You will draft witness statements, manage client expectations, instruct counsel and resolve liability disputes. Main Responsibilities

Review accident reports and related documentation to assess liability. Manage a pre‑litigation and post‑litigation caseload. Obtain and draft witness statements. Review third‑party evidence. Instruct counsel and manage client expectations. Resolve liability disputes and quantum disputes. Adhere to court directions and deadlines. Initiate improvement ideas and understand the value of different working ideas. Set priorities, create clear plans and manage all work to meet client needs.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a similar role handling a case load – Desirable Knowledge of EL/PL liability – Desirable Experience in the insurance sector – Desirable Fast‑paced environment experience – Desirable Accurate data input – Essential Initiative – Essential Professional telephone manner – Essential
