Do you have experience managing relationships with acquirers, payment gateways, and schemes? Are you confident building long-term partnerships that deliver commercial value? This is an opportunity to step into a growing role with real strategic impact.

As Partner Manager, you will take ownership of managing and expanding relationships with multiple acquirers and scheme partners. The role has grown due to increasing integrations, moving from a handful of acquirer relationships to a much broader set of partnerships. You will ensure relationships are nurtured, contracts are negotiated effectively, and new commercial opportunities are identified in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with acquirers, gateways, and schemes
  • Build rapport and maintain strong communication across senior stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between product, operations, and external partners
  • Use data and feedback to monitor performance and resolve issues effectively

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within account / relationship management in card payments
  • Direct experience with an acquirer or payment gateway, with strong understanding of schemes and their commercial importance
  • Proven ability to think strategically about account success, commercial growth, and long-term value
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence managing senior relationships
